1. How does iThinkFit differ from other online trainers?
 

That’s a great question! We know there are many other online trainers available but at iThinkFit we go the extra mile to make sure you succeed. We're not here to supply you with a one-size-fits-all program and never speak to you again. We are in it for the long haul! We as your trainers are always in contact with every ithinkfit member. We look forward to getting to know each member on a personal level through our online messaging so that every member feels comfortable asking us their fitness questions. 

Not only will you receive personal attention, you will receive a personalized workout program with your goals in mind.

A majority of the other online training websites deliver a workout program generated by a computer for a costly price. We at iThinkFit however will personally create each and every fitness program!

With iThinkFit, you will receive all the attention of a one on one personal trainer at your local gym.

2. How can I try ithinkFit's service for free?
 

We are so sure you will love our fitness training and level of service we are willing to let your try us out for free. Simply select the get started button, fill out the iThinkFit fitness questioner so we can create your personalized program and select the 4 day free trial, and there you have it!

3. What type of fitness equipment is required for your personalized programs?
 

Since iThinkFit designs each fitness program individually iThinkFit trainers can design a program whether you have a fitness club membership or a set of dumbbells in your basement. So whatever equipment you may or may not have, we can work with you!

4. How will I receive my personalized training program?
 

You will receive each day’s workouts and meal plan by logging into your very own iThinkFit profile page. After you become part of the iThinkFit team, Sean and Heath will look over your fitness questioner in detail and create you a completely customized fitness program. Once they have finalized your program which usually takes about 24 hours, they will send you an email notifying you that you now have access to your iThinkFit personal profile page where you can print of each day’s workout routine and meal plan.

To login to your profile page, in the top right can corner of the ithinkfit.com home page; you can input your email address and password that you created during the signup process.

5. Why is it beneficial for women to lift weights?
 

Studies performed by Wayne Westcott, PhD show that on average woman who strength train two to three times a week for two months will gain nearly two pounds of muscle and will lose 3.5 pounds of fat. However Researchers also found that unlike men, women typically don't gain size from strength training, because compared to men, women have 10 to 30 times less of the hormones that cause muscle hypertrophy (bigger muscles). Women however will develop muscle tone and definition.
